⁹ He ^(A)makes wars to cease to the end of the earth;
He ^(B)breaks the bow and cuts up the spear;
He ^(C)burns the chariots with fire.
¹⁰ “^[a]Cease striving and ^(D)know that I am God;
I will be ^(E)exalted among the ^[b]nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
¹¹ Yahweh of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.
